This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects, as well as broken or incorrect items—provided they are reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratches, chips, discoloration due to improper care, or lost or stolen items.

Each DAZI piece is finished with an anti-tarnish coating to help preserve its shine and beauty. Our jewelry is also hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free—designed to be both stylish and safe for everyday wear.
